Nafella LLC Spam Policy

Nafella LLC Spam Policy expressly prohibits unethical and unauthorized use, activities and marketing practices that violate the Terms and Conditions of Nafella Service and appropriate federal and state laws, including but not limited to

sending unsolicited email, advertisements or content from and to Nafella email addresses, member accounts or computers/servers
using your Nafella member accounts to manipulate identifiers, such as email headers, to disguise the origin of any content transmitted to or through Nafella computer systems
sending or forwarding emails and alerts received from another Nafella member to others.
using your Nafella member account and computer systems or servers to transmit, facilitate, or develop in any manner, unauthorized and unsolicited content such as "junk" mail, promotional materials, URLs, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of unauthorized solicitation that you may upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available
using any means to harvest other's email addresses and member account information from the Nafella.com site for purposes of sending unsolicited or unauthorized material
posting, uploading or transmitting the same message, URL or posts multiple times
disrupting the normal flow of member transactions, causing the screen to "scroll" faster and acting in any other manner that negatively affects real time exchanges between Nafella members

Such violations may subject the sender and his or her agents to civil and criminal penalties. The user is responsible to check from time to time, new guidelines and additional details regarding spam that may be posted here.

Violations of our Terms and Conditions and/or this Spam Policy may result in legal action against you and the termination, without notice, of your Nafella member accounts and anything associated with it, including, but not limited to, access to all Nafella Private Circles, Naflogger, Nafella Social Networking Circles and other member accounts like Nafella Memory Keeper. Nothing in this policy is intended to grant any right to transmit email to or through Nafella computer systems. Nafella does not waive any rights by the failure to enforce this policy in every instance in which it might apply.
